Bidve Agro Producer Company Limited

You can find our office right on the Main Road in Murud, at Gala No. 7. It’s a busy part of Latur, so there’s always people walking by and tractors rattling past the door. We set up Bidve Agro to help manage the production and sales for the local farming community. Latur is a huge hub for pulses and grains, and we wanted to make sure we had a foot in the door. Our office is usually a bit of a mess with samples of grain and various paperwork scattered around. It’s not a place for fancy meetings; it’s where we get the real work done. We spend most of our time talking to farmers who come in from the nearby villages. They tell us about their harvest, and we try to figure out the best way to get it to market. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to sit in the dark for a bit, or the heat gets to be too much in the afternoon. We don’t have a big team, so everyone does a bit of everything, from answering the phone to helping load a truck if someone is short-handed. It’s a very hands-on way to run a company. We just want to keep things moving and make sure the people who grow the food are getting a decent price for it without too much hassle.
