Buvaji Agro is run out of Shirur T in the Ahemadpur Taluka. We are based at Vaishali Ashokrao Jadhav’s place. It’s a quiet area, and we like it that way. Most of us involved in the company are neighbors or friends from around the district. We don't have a fancy corporate structure or many meetings. We just meet up and decide what needs to be planted or harvested each week. Ahemadpur has its own way of doing things, and we fit right in with the local rhythm. Our days are filled with the usual farming tasks. We check the moisture in the ground, look over the plants, and make sure the machinery isn't falling apart. It’s a lot of practical, hands-on work that needs to be done. We don't have a secretary or a front desk. If you want to talk to us, you just find us out back or near the storage area where the bags are kept. The weather is always a big topic of conversation here because it changes everything for us. We try to be careful with our resources and not waste anything. Farming isn't an easy way to make a living, but it’s what we’ve always done. We don't have any grand plans to expand all over the country. We just want to do a good job right here in Shirur T. It’s about keeping things moving and making sure the land stays healthy for the next season. We’re just regular people doing regular work on the farm.
