Kalwankhurd Agro Farmers Producer

Our little group is located right at House Number 32/1 in Kalwan Bk. It is a small place but it serves us well for what we need to do. We started this producer company because farming in our area was getting tougher for individual families. By coming together, we can share the load a bit more. Most of us have been farming this land for our whole lives, just like our fathers did before us. We grow what the season allows and try to find the best way to get it to the market without too many headaches. It is a lot of physical work and the days are usually long. You won't find any shiny brochures or fancy sales people here. It is just the local farmers sitting around and deciding what to plant next or how to share tools. We deal with the dirt and the heat every day. Sometimes we get together to talk about new ways to keep the soil healthy. It’s a plain and simple operation. We don't have a big staff, just the people who live and work right here in Kalwan. If you need to find someone, someone is usually around the house or out in the fields nearby. We take things one day at a time and focus on getting the crops ready. It’s honest work and we are glad to be doing it together as a team in our village.
