Down in Sulali, which is a quiet little place in Udgir, you can find the Honrao Agro Producer Company. We are located right at Shivraj Tulshiram Honrao’s place. Being in the Latur district, we are used to the heat and the way the seasons change around here. We are a group of farmers who decided it was better to work together than to try and do everything alone. It’s a lot of coordination, and sometimes we spend more time talking than we do actually working, but that’s how you get everyone on the same page. We don't have a polished office with air conditioning. Instead, we meet where it’s convenient, often just sitting outside under the shade when it’s too hot in the afternoon.
