Goldcane Agro Products & Allied

Latur is where we are, specifically in Sahyog Sushiladevi Deshmukh Nagar at R-1/768. The name Goldcane Agro Products & Allied comes from the fact that sugarcane is a big deal around here. When the sun is out in Latur, it gets incredibly hot, so we usually do our heaviest work early in the morning. Our office is in a residential area, so it feels very much like a home. We aren't a big factory or a polished corporate office. It is just a place where we keep the books and meet with the guys coming in from the fields. We talk about the cane, the sugar prices, and the trucks. Sometimes the trucks get stuck or the drivers get lost finding the colony, which causes a bit of a headache. We don't use any fancy business talk here. We just say things like they are. If the crop is bad, we say it’s bad. We’ve all known each other for years, so there’s no point in pretending to be something we aren't. There’s usually a pot of coffee or tea going, and the desk is covered in maps and old receipts. We just want to make sure the work we do in the fields actually pays off. It’s a simple operation, run by people who have spent their lives in Latur-413512. That’s pretty much the whole story of who we are.
