We're over here at House No. 420 in Devarjan, just a small part of Udgir. Being part of the Dewarjan Agro Farmer Producer Company Limited means we spend most of our time dealing with the stuff that actually happens on the farms around Latur. It’s not a fancy setup. Most of the people you’ll meet here are just neighbors from the village. We started this because we needed a way to get things done together instead of everyone struggling on their own. It’s been a bit of a learning process, honestly. Some days are just busy with paperwork or moving supplies around the warehouse, and other days we’re just sitting around talking about the rain. We don't have a big office or anything like that, just our spot in Devarjan. The post office is nearby and that's usually where we get our mail from. We handle the local crops and try to make sure things get where they need to go without too much trouble. It's hard work, but it's what we know. People come by when they need help or just to see what's happening with the season. We don’t really have a big sales pitch or anything like that. We just live here and work the land like everyone else in this part of Maharashtra. It’s a quiet life mostly, just focused on the farming and making sure the company stays running for the folks around here. We just take it day by day.
