Vinayak Caterers

We are Vinayak Caterers, and you can find us at 115, Mahatma Gandhi Road. Being on MG Road means we are right in the middle of everything. It’s a busy place with lots of traffic, but it makes it easy for people to stop by. We’ve been doing this for a long time. Our setup isn't anything fancy, just a functional kitchen and a place to organize our bookings. I started this because I liked the chaos of event days. There is something about the way a kitchen smells when you are cooking for a hundred people. We don't use any high-tech systems or anything like that. It’s mostly just paper lists and a lot of memory. Our staff is like family; we’ve worked together for years and we know how each other moves. We don't try to impress people with big words or complicated menus. We just stick to what we know works. If a customer wants something specific, we try our best to do it without making a big deal out of it. The traffic outside can be a headache sometimes when we’re trying to load the vans, but we’ve learned to time it right. It’s a tough business with long hours, but it’s ours. We aren't looking to change much about how we work because the old ways seem to serve our customers just fine.
