Vikram Kedia Caterers

Vikram Kedia Caterers is located at 16, Nurmall Lohia Street inside Keshoram Katra. It’s right in the thick of things. If you’ve ever walked through this part of the city, you know how busy it gets with all the traders and shoppers. We operate out of a modest space where we do all our planning and some of the prep work. It’s a family-run kind of thing, and we don't put on airs. We just cook the food that people enjoy. Our regulars are mostly businesses and families who have been coming to us for years. They know we aren't going to give them some corporate routine. We talk to them like neighbors. Sometimes the kitchen gets a bit messy when we are in the middle of a big order, but we always get it cleaned up. It’s not always easy working in such a crowded area, but we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of Nurmall Lohia Street. We don't spend any time on fancy ads. Most people find us by asking around the Katra. We handle the cooking, the packing, and the transport ourselves most of the time. It’s a hands-on job and that’s how I like it. You have to stay involved to make sure things taste right. We just want to do a decent job and go home tired. That’s the reality of it.
