Kolkata is a city that has always had a strong connection to the iron and steel trade, and we are glad to be a small part of that tradition. We handle ispat products, which basically means steel and iron for construction and other needs. Our office isn't located in one of those new high-rise buildings you see popping up. It’s a regular place in a residential-commercial block. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations or a front desk with a computer that does everything. Most of our work involves talking to people and making sure the orders are correct. We sit around, have our tea, and talk about what needs to get done for the day. Sometimes the traffic in Kolkata makes it take forever to get anything delivered, but we’ve learned to be patient over the years. We don't have a big team of writers to make us sound like some huge international corporation. We are just local people who know the steel market well. We try to be fair and do a decent job every day.
