Twenty First Century Relocations

Working out of Shipping Hse on Kumtha St in the Fort area has its moments, that is for sure. Twenty First Century Relocations is basically just us helping folks move their furniture and boxes from one place to another without a lot of unnecessary drama. Fort is always crowded and noisy, so getting the trucks in and out of the street is always a bit of a puzzle every single morning. We have got a lot of spare boxes and rolls of tape lying around the office most of the time. It is definitely not the quietest job in the world, but someone has to do it. Moving is a stressful thing for everyone involved, so we just try to pack things well enough so they do not break in the back of the van. We spend a lot of our time on the road or lugging heavy wardrobes up stairs that were built way too narrow for modern furniture. Our spot at number 26 is easy to miss if you are not looking closely, but we have been here long enough that the local guys know us. Some days are just really long, especially when the weather is bad or the traffic in Fort is even worse than usual. We do not do big speeches about how great we are. We just show up, lift the heavy stuff, and try to get to the next house on time. It is physical work and a lot of logistics to manage.
