Orix Auto Infrastructure Services Ltd. is based at No. 6 Annexee Building on the second floor. You’ll find us on Royd Street, which is just off Park Street. It’s a very central location, so we are right in the middle of all the action. The building itself is a bit on the older side, but our office on the second floor is where we manage everything. We deal with auto-related infrastructure, which means there’s always a lot of coordination and paperwork to handle. It’s not a showroom where you come to buy cars. It’s more of the back-end side of things. We’ve been here for quite a while now. The office is usually busy with people talking on phones and clicking on keyboards. We don't have any fancy corporate slogans on the walls. We just focus on keeping the service running smoothly. Royd Street can be a bit of a nightmare for parking, so most of us take public transport. We aren't trying to be a big, shiny corporation. We’re just a group of people working together to get the job done. We often have our lunch at the small shops nearby and chat about things other than work. It’s a hardworking but down-to-earth environment. We don't use big words to describe what we do; we just do it.
