Spoc Managements

We operate out of a flat in SP Shukhobrishti, specifically B160/0302. It is over in New Town, Plot No. E-1/E-2 in the AA-III area. Living and working in the same complex makes things easier in some ways, but it also means we are always around. We deal with a lot of management tasks for the local area and the building. There is always something that needs fixing or a person who needs help with paperwork. It gets quite busy, especially in the mornings when everyone is heading out. Our office is basically just a room with a few computers and a lot of filing cabinets. New Town is growing so fast that there is always something new happening outside our window. We try to stay on top of all the little details that keep things moving. It isn't always smooth. Sometimes there are disagreements or things get delayed because of some red tape. We just take it one day at a time. Being right here in the residential area means people can just knock on the door when they have a problem. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us handling the daily grind. It's a practical setup for the kind of work we do. We've been here since the block was relatively new and have seen many neighbors come and go. It keeps us grounded and aware of what the community actually needs from us.
