Logistics Twenty One Pvt Ltd is located at number 9 Ballygunge Terrace, right near Gariahat Golpark and Sarat Bose Road. It is a busy intersection of the city and we are right in the middle of it. We deal with moving things from one place to another, which sounds simple but usually involves a lot of phone calls and tracking sheets. Our office is often full of folders and maps. We have been at this location for a while now. The neighborhood is nice, plenty of tea stalls nearby where we take our breaks. Most of our day is spent making sure trucks are on time and that people get their packages when they expect them. Sometimes things go wrong, like a tire blow-out or a road closure, and then we have to scramble to fix it. It is a lot of stress but we are used to it by now. We are just a local team of people who know the city well. We don't use any high-tech systems, mostly just our phones and some basic software. The office gets a bit dusty with all the papers, but it’s a working space. We know the other business owners on the terrace and we all look out for each other. It isn't a glamorous job, but it is necessary. We keep the doors open and just keep moving things along every single day. We just try to get things delivered.
