We are based over by the Sodepur Play Ground in the Haraidevpur area. It is a good spot because there is plenty of room around for the big machines we deal with. Our main work is servicing machinery and handling logistics for moving heavy equipment. The workshop is usually a bit greasy and loud, but that’s the nature of fixing things. We have a set of tools that have seen a lot of use over the years. The team knows their way around engines and mechanical parts quite well. We don't do much in the way of fancy advertising. Most of our customers are other businesses that need their equipment back in working order quickly. Being near the playground means we hear the kids playing football while we are working on a crane or a generator. It's a nice contrast. We take our work seriously, but we don't act like a big corporate entity. If something is broken, we look at it, figure out the problem, and try to fix it. Some jobs take longer than others, especially if we have to wait for parts to arrive. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and vendors. The office part is just a small corner where we keep the invoices and schedules. It’s a practical business run by people who know how to use a wrench. We just keep our heads down and do the work every day.
