Tripti Catering Service

Tripti Catering Service is based at 35, Biplabi Ullashkar Dutta Road over in Bagha Jatin. We have been working out of this location for quite some time now. The street can get a bit narrow, so getting the supply trucks in and out takes some skill. We are basically a group of people who enjoy the process of making food for others. There is no corporate structure here; we just decide what needs to be done each morning and get to it. Some days are spent entirely on prep, like peeling bags of potatoes or cleaning rice. Other days are all about the actual cooking on the big burners. We don't spend money on big signs or posters. Most of our work comes from people in Bagha Jatin who have used us before. It’s a simple setup. We have our stove area, the storage for the big plates, and a small space for the accounts. It gets loud and hot when the cooking is in full swing, but that’s the reality of a catering kitchen. We aren't trying to change the world or anything like that. We just want to make sure the food we send out is cooked properly and arrives on time. It’s honest work that keeps us busy from Monday to Sunday. If you are walking down Biplabi Ullashkar Dutta Road, you’ll likely see us loading up the crates for the day's events. We just keep things moving as best as we can.
