We are based up on the 14th floor of the Tata Centre. It’s a pretty well-known building on Jawaharlal Nehru Road, right in the Midleton Row area. Being up that high gives us a decent view, though we’re usually too busy to look out the window much. Tm International Logistics Ltd handles exactly what the name suggests. We deal with moving stuff internationally, which means a lot of time zones and different regulations to keep track of. It’s a lot of logistical puzzles to solve every morning. We’ve got a team here that knows the ins and outs of shipping routes and customs. It’s not always smooth sailing; there are often delays or paperwork issues that pop up out of nowhere. We just deal with them as they come. The office environment is pretty functional. We have our systems in place, and everyone knows their role. We don't go in for much corporate fluff. We’re more interested in making sure a container gets loaded on time than in having fancy meetings. It’s a busy place, with phones ringing and people coordinating with agents overseas. We’ve been in the Tata Centre for a while and it suits us well for the kind of work we do. It’s steady, demanding work, and we’re okay with that. We just keep our heads down and get the job finished.
