Titos Kitchen

Titos Kitchen is located right near the Parnashree Bus Stand, specifically at 404, Upen Banerjee Road. It’s a convenient spot because of the buses and people moving around all day. We started this because we liked being in the middle of Parnasri Palli. Our kitchen isn't very large, but we manage to fit everything we need in there. Most days start early before the sun is even fully up so we can get the fresh stock from the market. We don't really do much advertising; most people just hear about us from their neighbors or see us while waiting for their bus. The noise from the street is always there, but we’ve gotten used to it. Inside, it's all about the prep work. Chopping, cleaning, and making sure the stove is ready. We handle different kinds of orders, some small and some quite big. It keeps us on our toes. There are times when three things are happening at once and it gets a bit chaotic, but we find a way through it. We aren't trying to be some high-end restaurant. We are just a local kitchen providing food for people in the area. Our staff lives nearby too, so it feels like a community thing. We just focus on the cooking and hope the weather stays clear for our deliveries. That is the basic story of our little place here on Upen Banerjee Road. It is hard work but we are used to the routine.
