The Tinplate Co Of India Ltd

We are located on D.P.S Road in Kolkata, specifically at 2/C-14 in the Aasha Co-Op Housing Society. It might seem a bit strange to have an office for The Tinplate Co Of India Ltd inside a residential housing society, but it has worked for us for a long time. The atmosphere here is quite peaceful compared to the main city. You see people going about their daily lives, hanging laundry or talking to neighbors, while we are inside working on the tinplate business. Our office is a simple place with the usual desks and a lot of steel cabinets for our files. We handle the coordination and the paperwork for the company from this branch. Since it is Kolkata, the air is usually thick and humid, so we keep the fans running all day long. We have a small team here and we all know each other well. The tea break is the highlight of our afternoon when we stop to talk for a few minutes. We don't get many visitors besides the courier men and people from the other company offices. Most of our work is done over the phone or on the computer, tracking where the materials are going. It is a very grounded environment and we don't have any of those modern office decorations. We just focus on the daily tasks and making sure everything is documented correctly in our books so the records stay straight.
