Team United Express

Team United Express is located right at 95 Park Street. It is a very central spot, so we see a lot of people passing by. The office itself is pretty basic. We’ve got our desks, our phones, and a lot of coffee. We’ve been operating from this address for quite some time now. We mainly focus on getting packages and documents delivered. It’s a fast-paced environment because everyone is usually in a hurry. We don't spend time on fancy marketing or trying to sound like a big global corporation. We are just local people working in the express delivery business. Some days are smoother than others. Traffic on Park Street can be a real nightmare, which makes our job harder, but we've learned how to deal with it. We know the shortcuts and the best times to move things. When you come into the office, you’ll probably see us sorting through papers or talking to drivers. We are pretty straightforward. If a delivery is going to be late, we say so. We don't try to sugarcoat things. We just focus on keeping the workflow moving as best as we can. It’s a lot of manual tracking and staying on the phone. We've been in the neighborhood for years and we like being part of the local business community. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know. We just keep at it, day in and day out, from our little corner on Park Street.
