Tata Steel Limited- Tisco (Under The Pay Roll Of Team Lease)

Our office is tucked away in Garia, specifically in the Kanan Apartment on Flat-B/3, Block-A. It’s right on Garia Station Road, so it’s easy enough to find if you know the area. We work under the Team Lease payroll for Tata Steel Limited- Tisco, mostly handling the administration side. It’s a typical Kolkata apartment-turned-office, so it has that lived-in feel. The rooms are a bit cramped with all the filing cabinets and desks we’ve squeezed in, but we make it work. Outside, the road is always humming with the sound of rickshaws and people heading to the station. We’ve got a small balcony where we sometimes take a break to get some air, though the humidity can be thick. It's not a polished corporate headquarters; it’s a functional space where we handle the day-to-day work. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the tea guy comes by at the same time every afternoon. We don’t bother with fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just show up, process what needs processing, and try to stay on top of the workload. Kolkata is a busy city, and Garia is no exception, so there’s always something happening outside our window. It’s a practical setup for a small team, and we’ve gotten quite used to the quirks of the building over the years. We just focus on the tasks and keep things simple. Every day is pretty much the same routine.
