Tamara - Fine Global Cuisine

Our place, Tamara - Fine Global Cuisine, is situated at Rgm-As/464 along the Main Arterial Road in Kolkata. If you are familiar with the Rajarhat area, you know how much it has changed lately. The pin code here is 700157. We’re right in the middle of all that growth. The traffic on the Main Arterial Road is almost constant, and we hear the horns honking from the kitchen all day. We’ve been serving food here for a good bit of time. It’s a global menu, so we’re always prepping different kinds of ingredients. The morning starts with deliveries coming in through the back. We aren't a big corporation; it’s just a local business trying to keep things running. The dining room isn't huge, but it gets the job done when people show up for lunch or dinner. We spend a lot of time cleaning the floors and making sure the tables are set right. Rajarhat can get quite dusty with all the new buildings going up, so we’re always wiping things down. We don't have any flashy slogans or a mission statement written on the wall. We just cook the food and hope it tastes alright to the people who stop by. It’s a lot of long hours, especially on the weekends when the road gets even busier. We just keep our heads down and focus on the next order.
