Tak Taka A Foods Pvt Ltd is based in the Tangra Industrial Estate at unit D/7. This area is quite busy with all the factories and warehouses around Canal South Road, specifically between 25 and 27. We are near Beleghata and the Rashmoni Bazar Road area. It’s an old industrial estate, so the roads can be a bit bumpy and crowded with trucks coming and going. Inside our unit, it’s mostly machinery and people moving boxes around all day. We’ve been here for several years now. The place gets quite dusty because of all the activity on the street outside. We focus on making our food products and getting them out to the local markets. It’s not a clean office job; there’s always something to wash or a machine that needs fixing. We have a small team of workers who live nearby. Sometimes we have lunch together in the small break area when we get a minute. The Rashmoni Bazar is just a short walk away, which is handy for getting supplies. We don’t have a fancy showroom or anything like that. It’s just a workspace where we get the job done. The noise from the other units in the estate is something you get used to after a while. We stay busy through the week and usually close up on Sundays to rest. It is hard work but it keeps us going. Most people know us because we’ve been in Tangra for a long time.
