Taajas Creative Cuisine

Taajas Creative Cuisine is at 29/1A on Ballygunge Circular Road. We are located in Ballygunge, Kolkata 700019. We are near St Lawrence School, so we see the school kids and their parents every day. It’s a nice neighborhood with a lot of trees. Our place is not very large. We have a small kitchen and a few tables. We’ve been here for a bit, and we like the area. The name says creative cuisine, but we are just regular people cooking. We don't have any fancy training or a big corporate backer. It’s just a small family-style operation. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen experimenting with different things. Sometimes the dishes work out, and sometimes we change them. We don't have a polished manual for how to do things. We just figure it out as we go. The Ballygunge Circular Road is usually busy with traffic. We listen to the cars while we work. We keep the place clean and try to make it comfortable. We don’t use marketing talk or try to sound better than we are. We just provide a place where you can get something to eat. We deal with the usual problems like leaky taps or late deliveries. It’s just a normal business. We are at 29/1A every day, doing our best to keep things running.
