Swad Caterer

Swad Caterer is found at 9/B, Omda Raja Lane, which is right near the Durga Club in Beliaghata. This neighborhood is quite tight-knit, and being near the club means we are right in the middle of all the local happenings. Our building is a simple one where we handle all our food preparation. We don't have a fancy website or a sales team. It's just us, the cooks, and the cleaners. We spend our days preparing for various community events and family gatherings. Beliaghata has its own pace, and we fit right into it. During the festival season, things get incredibly busy, and the kitchen runs almost twenty-four hours a day. We deal with a lot of traditional recipes that have been passed down. It’s not about following trends; it’s about making food that tastes right. The lane can be a bit narrow for our delivery vans, so we’ve learned how to maneuver them carefully. We focus on the freshness of our spices and the vegetables we buy from the local market. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours. Sometimes we're tired, but seeing a successful event makes it worth it. We don't use any corporate jargon. We just tell people what we can do and then we go out and do it.
