We are Super Forgings & Steels Ltd. and our office is at 6, Lyons Range. If you know this part of the city, you know Lyons Range is an old, established area with a lot of history in the steel and trade business. Being at number 6 puts us right in the heart of things. We deal with forgings and steel, which is heavy, serious work. Our office has been here for a long time and it has that old-school feel to it. There’s a lot of paperwork and we still use some old filing cabinets because they work just fine. It’s a busy atmosphere with people coming in and out all day to talk about orders and shipments. We don't have a modern, glass-and-chrome setup. It’s more about solid desks and the smell of old paper and city dust. Lyons Range can be very crowded, especially during market hours. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years but we’ve stayed put at number 6. It’s a lot of coordination to get steel moved from one place to another and we spend hours on the phone making sure things are on track. We aren't interested in being flashy. We just want to get the steel where it needs to go. The staff here has a lot of experience and we just get the job done without much complaining. It’s steady, quiet work in a noisy part of town.
