This office is situated in Salt Lake City, over in Sector 2 at BG 168. It’s a nice part of Kolkata, fairly organized compared to other areas, and we’ve been here under the Sterling And Wilson Pvt Ltd name for a while. The building isn't anything too flashy, just a solid place where the work happens. Salt Lake has a lot of trees, which is nice when you need a quick walk to clear your head. We usually get in around nine, grab some chai from the vendor nearby, and start sorting through the day's requirements. Our space is filled with the usual office stuff—files, some old chairs, and plenty of coffee mugs. It gets busy during the middle of the month when deadlines start looming, but we manage to keep our heads down and get through it. There is no fancy corporate talk here; we just speak normally and solve problems as they come up. Sometimes the internet acts up, or the monsoon rain makes the commute a bit of a mess, but that is just part of living and working in West Bengal. We know the neighbors in the other BG blocks, and it feels like a little community. Most of our time is spent on coordination and making sure our records are straight. It’s a practical environment for people who just want to get their job done without any extra fuss or noise.
