We are located in the Belgharia area of Kolkata, specifically at 3, M.M Feeder Road. It’s a very typical Kolkata street, full of life and noise. Gannon Dunkerley Co. & Ltd has been in this spot for quite some time. The building is an older one, with thick walls that stay relatively cool even in the humid summers. We are close to the post office, which is handy for us. Our office is filled with the smell of old paper and the sound of the ceiling fans. We have a very small team. Most of us have lived in Kolkata our whole lives. We drink a lot of tea throughout the day. The work can be repetitive, but we don't mind. We have our files, our ledgers, and our phones. It's a straightforward operation. Sometimes the rain in the monsoon makes the road outside a bit difficult, but we still make it in. We don't have a fancy website or a big advertising budget. We just rely on the work we’ve done over the years. People in the neighborhood know us. We aren't trying to be some high-tech firm. We just do our business, pay our bills, and keep things ticking over. It’s a bit messy sometimes, with stacks of documents on every surface, but we know exactly where everything is. It’s just how we operate.
