Kec International Ltd.

Our office is inside Halwasiya Mansion at 6/2 Moira Street. It is a pretty well-known building in this part of town. Kec International Ltd. is a large operation, but our daily life here feels like any other office. We deal with big infrastructure projects, things like power lines and railways, but from where we sit, it is mostly about spreadsheets and documents. Moira Street is a nice enough area, though parking can be a real pain if you do not get here early in the morning. The building itself has that old Kolkata charm with thick walls and high ceilings. We spend a lot of time in meetings or on the phone with people from all over the place. It can get a bit stressful when we have big tenders to submit, and the office stays busy until late at night. We do not have many decorations, just the usual calendars and stacks of folders. The pantry is where most of us hang out to catch a break and have a quick snack. We are not a small mom-and-pop shop, but we try to keep things friendly among the staff. Everyone knows their job and we just get on with it. It is a mix of old-school habits and modern technology. We are just here doing the work every day, trying to keep everything on schedule and the files in order.
