Speedway Catering Service

Speedway Catering Service is over at T 6, Girish Avenue. It’s a quiet enough spot for us to get our work done without too many distractions. We’ve been running this catering service for a while, and it’s mostly about the daily grind of preparing meals for various events. We don’t have a fancy mission statement or a team of marketing experts. It’s just us in the kitchen, making sure the salt is right and the food is hot when it leaves the door. Girish Avenue is a good place to be, and we’ve gotten to know the neighbors pretty well over the years. When we have a big event, the whole place smells like spices and fresh bread, which usually brings someone poking their head in to see what’s cooking. We do have some stressful days when a lot of things happen at once, but we try to stay calm and just get through the orders. We aren't interested in being the most famous caterers in the city. We just want to make sure that when someone hires us, they get a decent meal for their guests. We handle the shopping, the cooking, and the cleaning up afterwards so the hosts don’t have to worry about it. It’s a simple business model, but it’s kept us going for a long time now. We aren't perfect, but we try hard and we don't cut corners when it comes to the actual cooking part.
