South Indian Club

Our place is at 70B Hindustan Park. It is right on Sarat Bose Road in an old neighborhood that has a lot of character. People have been coming here for many years. It is a club, but not like those fancy nightclubs you see on TV. It is more of a place for people to gather and have a meal. We have a dining area where the chairs are made of wood and have been there for a long time. It feels like someone’s home more than a business sometimes. We serve traditional food without any weird twists or fusion ideas. It is just what people expect to eat. The 700029 area is quite busy outside, but inside our building, it stays a bit quieter. We have old fans spinning on the ceiling. The walls have a few simple pictures on them. We do not spend much money on decorations because we would rather keep the food consistent. The waiters have been with us for a very long time. They know most of our regular customers by their names. They do not even need to look at the menu most days. It is a bit of a community spot. On the weekends, it gets crowded with families. Kids run around while the grandparents talk. It can get a bit loud, but that is part of the charm. We just keep doing what we have always done. It is just a neighborhood institution.
