Soumalyas Fast Food & Out Door Caterer is right on 23/7/1, Jessore Road. It’s a busy road and there is always something going on outside our door. We started out mostly doing quick snacks and fast food for people passing by, but over time we got into the outdoor catering side of things too. It kept us busy so we just stuck with it. Now we spend a lot of our time packing up containers and loading them into trucks for events around the city. The Jessore Road location is where everything happens. We do the prep work there, chopping vegetables and getting the sauces ready early in the morning. It’s a lot of manual work and our hands are usually tired by the end of the day. We don’t have a fancy website or a glossy brochure to show people. Usually, someone just stops by the shop and asks if we can handle their daughter’s birthday or a small office lunch. We say yes if we have the time and the staff available. It’s a straightforward way of doing things. We’ve had some long nights here, especially when two big orders fall on the same day, but we make it work somehow. We aren't perfect, but we show up and we do the work we promised. That’s just how it is at Soumalyas. We’ve been here for a while now and the Jessore Road traffic doesn't even bother us much anymore. It's just home.
