Sonu Caterer

You can find Sonu Caterer tucked away at 1 B, Blackburn Lane. It’s a narrow street but it’s home to us. We’ve been doing this for a while now, mostly helping out families with their lunches and dinner parties. We don’t use any secret recipes or anything, just the stuff we learned from our parents and what works for the locals here. The kitchen is where we spend almost all our time. It’s usually hot and smells like onions and oil, which I guess is the sign of a real catering place. We aren't some big corporation with polished offices. Our desks are usually covered in napkins and order sheets. Sometimes we run a bit behind when the traffic is bad on Blackburn Lane, but we always manage to get the food where it needs to go. We like to keep things simple. If someone wants a meal for fifty people, we figure out the ingredients and get to work. It’s not always easy, and sometimes the stove acts up, but we figure it out. Most of our customers are folks who have lived in the area as long as we have. They know who we are and they know what to expect when they call us up. We just try to do an honest job and keep the food tasting like it should. We aren't trying to be fancy, just trying to be a decent part of the neighborhood here at Blackburn Lane.
