Sonatan Caterer

Sonatan Caterer is located at 123/2, A P C Road, right near the Maniktala area. It's a busy part of the city, and we’ve been working out of this space for a long time. We mostly deal with local events and family gatherings where people just want decent food without a lot of fuss. Our kitchen isn't the biggest, but we manage to get things done on time. It gets pretty hectic around here during the wedding season, with everyone running around trying to get the spices just right. We don't spend a lot of time on fancy decorations or big speeches. For us, it’s mostly about making sure the rice is fluffy and the curries have enough flavor for the guests. Some days are smoother than others, but we always try to keep our heads down and work. You can usually find us near the Maniktala crossing if you're looking for our shop. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most people just know us through word of mouth or because they saw our vans parked on the street. It’s a family-style setup here, so things aren't always perfect, but we care about the meals we send out. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, but we’re still here doing the same thing every day. It’s a living, and we’re glad to be a part of the community. We aren't going anywhere anytime soon.
