Simaaya Fashions

Our place, Simaaya Fashions, is right on Elgin Road. We’re pretty close to Forum Mall, which makes it easy for people to find us if they are already out shopping in that area. The address is 10/4d. It’s a busy spot, and there’s always something happening outside on the street. Inside, we have our collection of clothes laid out. It’s not a giant warehouse or anything, just a nice space where we can show what we have in stock. We focus on ethnic wear, the kind of things you’d wear when you want to look a bit more formal for a function. We’ve had this spot for some years now. The staff here has been around for a long time, so we all know how things work. Sometimes it gets crowded, especially on weekends when everyone is out near the mall. We try to keep things organized, but when new stock arrives, there are boxes everywhere for a day or two. It’s just how it is in this business. We don't really have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just open up the doors and help whoever comes in looking for something. Some people come from quite far away because they heard we have specific styles they can't find elsewhere. We just try to keep the shelves full and the prices fair for everyone. It's a lot of work keeping up with fashion, but we do our bit every day. It's home to us.
