Asian Bags Industry

Our business is called Asian Bags Industry. We are located at 17 Manindra Nath Mitra Row. It’s very close to the Sealdah Railway Station, in the Sealdah North area. Being near the station means there is constant noise and movement. We manufacture bags of various kinds here. The building is an older one, typical for this part of the city. We have our workspace set up to handle different stages of making bags. It’s a lot of manual work. We see a lot of travelers and commuters passing by every single day. The street can be quite narrow and crowded, making deliveries a bit of a challenge sometimes. We've been operating out of this Manindra Nath Mitra Row address for a long time. The rhythm of the station next door sort of dictates the pace of the neighborhood. We focus on getting the sewing done and packing the bags for whoever needs them. It’s a practical environment. No soft chairs or fancy lights here. Just the sound of machines and the smell of fabric. We’re just a local industry doing our thing near the heart of the city’s transport hub. It’s hard work, but we are used to it. The area near Sealdah North is always full of life, and we are just one small part of that. We keep the shop running from morning till evening, making sure the orders are ready to go out on time. Sometimes it's a bit overwhelming with the station crowds, but we just keep at our machines.
