Milana Exports

You can find Milana Exports over at 4/14/1, Bijoygarh. It’s a bit of a residential area mixed with some small businesses, which makes it feel quite homely. We operate out of this space, handling various export tasks throughout the week. It’s not a huge warehouse, but we manage to fit quite a bit of work into the day. Most of what we do involves coordinating with different suppliers and making sure the quality is where it needs to be before anything gets sent out. Bijoygarh is a lively part of the city, and we’ve been part of the community here for quite a while. The office is usually filled with samples and packing materials. We don't have a corporate hierarchy; everyone just pitches in where they are needed. Sometimes that means staying late to finish a manifest or helping load a van when the driver is in a hurry. We don't spend money on glossy brochures or big ads. Word of mouth is usually how we get our business. It’s a modest setup, but it works for us. We drink a lot of tea and try to stay organized despite all the paperwork that piles up on the desks. It’s just a small export business trying to do things right and keep the customers happy without making a big fuss about it. That’s pretty much the daily life here at Milana Exports for us.
