Bushras Bags

Bushras Bags is our little spot over at 6/14 H/8 Nilmoni Halder Lane in West Bengal. It is a narrow lane and sometimes it’s hard to find if you aren't looking for it. We mostly deal with all kinds of bags, from small purses to bigger ones people use for traveling or school. The shop is really just one room filled with bags hanging from the walls and stacked on the floor. It smells like leather and fabric in here most of the time. We aren't a big factory or a department store. It is just a local business where we handle things ourselves. Nilmoni Halder Lane is a quiet part of town, but we have our regulars who know where we are. Sometimes the bags get a bit dusty if they've been on the shelf for a while, so we spend time cleaning them up. We don't have a fancy website or a big marketing team. If someone needs a bag, they usually hear about us from a neighbor or just happen to walk past our door. We try to keep things simple and honest. I'm just sitting here most days waiting for the afternoon rush. It’s a modest way to make a living, but we like the work and the people we meet in West Bengal.
