Eye-Glance India

We are located in Baruipur, right in the Ukilpara area. If you know where the S. D. Hospital is, we are just behind it. It is a busy little spot because of the hospital nearby. At Eye-Glance India, we mostly help people with their vision. This means we have lots of frames on display and those machines for checking how well someone can see. It is usually quite bright inside so people can see the different styles of glasses properly. I see a lot of elderly folks coming in after their hospital appointments, and sometimes kids who are getting their first pair of spectacles. They are always a bit nervous. I try to make them feel comfortable, maybe joke a little so it isn't so scary. The street outside can get quite muddy when it rains, so we are always mopping the floor to keep the dust down. It is a small shop, but we have everything we need to do the job right. I like being in this part of town because you get to know the locals. You see the same faces every day, and eventually, you learn their names and their stories. We aren't a big chain store, just a local place where you can get your eyes looked at without a lot of fuss. It is a good way to spend the day helping our neighbors see better.
