Caps

Our shop is located at 332 A, Ostad Amir Ali Khan Sarani in Haridevpur. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the address, but it’s a nice enough area. We just go by the name Caps. It’s short and easy to remember. The shop isn't very large. We have shelves lining the walls and a counter that takes up most of the front. It’s a neighborhood spot where people stop by while they’re out running errands. Haridevpur has a specific feel to it, and we fit right in. We don’t have a lot of bells and whistles. The floor is just plain tiles and we have a single fan that hums all day long. Sometimes we have music playing on a small radio, but usually, it’s just the sound of the street outside. We keep a variety of items, and people often come in looking for something specific they couldn’t find elsewhere. We aren't trying to be a big chain store. We like knowing the people who walk through the door. If a customer is looking for something we don’t have, we usually tell them where they might find it nearby. It’s about being helpful, I guess. We don’t have a big marketing budget or anything. We just keep the windows clean and make sure the lights are on. It’s a small business, and it suits us just fine.
