You’ll find us at No. 37/A Sedhbagan Road in the Barmanpara area of Dumdum. It’s a residential neighborhood mostly, so our building stands out a little. We do trading, which means a lot of phone calls and checking lists. We have a small warehouse space in the back where we keep the stock. It’s not a high-tech setup. We use old ledgers alongside the computer because it feels safer that way. The road outside is narrow, so when a delivery truck comes, everything stops. We’ve been here for a few years now. The office is simple with a couple of fans and some metal cupboards for the files. We don't spend much on decor because that’s not what we’re about. We just want to get the orders right and sent out on time. The tea shop at the corner is where we get our snacks. Dumdum is always busy, but our little street is relatively calm. Sometimes we have issues with the internet, which makes things difficult, but we manage. We aren't a big company with hundreds of employees. It's just a handful of us making sure the business keeps moving. We check the items when they arrive and check them again before they leave. It’s a lot of counting and double-checking.
