Rams Watches

Our shop is located inside the Metro Shopping Center on Ho Chi Minh Sarani, specifically at units 1005, 1006, and 1007. It’s a decent-sized spot in a very busy part of the city near Middleton Row. We spend our days surrounded by clocks and watches of all kinds. The ticking can be quite something if you’re not used to it, but for us, it’s just background noise. We’ve been in this shopping center for a long time. The space is mostly glass cases filled with different timepieces. We do a lot of small repairs right there at the counter—changing batteries or fixing bands. It’s a very hands-on kind of job. We don’t have a massive staff, just a few of us who know our way around a watch movement. The mall gets quite crowded on the weekends, which keeps us on our feet. On quieter weekdays, we spend time cleaning the glass and making sure everything is wound correctly. We don’t go for anything too fancy in terms of decor; we let the watches speak for themselves. It’s a practical business. We show up, open the cases, and help whoever walks in from the hallway. Middleton Row is always lively, and we’re glad to be a small part of it. We take our time with each piece because rushing doesn't help when you're working with tiny gears and springs. That's just how we do things here.
