Our little place is tucked away in Bose Para, over in Khardaha. It’s a quiet area compared to the main city, and we’ve been operating from here for some time now. We call ourselves Send Gifts 2 India because that’s exactly what we do, mostly for people who have moved away but want to send something back home to their parents or friends. We handle a lot of different items, from small trinkets to things people need for festivals. It’s not always easy getting deliveries right in the narrow lanes around Khardaha, but we know the shortcuts by now. We spend most of our mornings packing boxes and making sure nothing gets crushed in the post. It’s just a few of us here. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. We just use the space we have in Bose Para to organize everything. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait to print the labels, which can be a bit frustrating. But usually, we get things moving pretty quick. We like it when someone gets a package and they’re happy, even if it’s just a small thing. We don’t do big advertisements. Most people find us through word of mouth or just searching for someone local who knows the area well. It’s a simple business, really. We just try to make sure the right box gets to the right house without too much trouble.
