We’ve been operating Sea Wings Intl for a while now from our spot at 31A, Mahim Halder St in Kalighat. It’s a busy area, but it works for us. Mostly we handle things moving across borders, making sure stuff gets where it needs to go without too much trouble. It isn't always easy work, dealing with all the paperwork and different rules for different countries. People usually come to us when they have something big or complicated to ship and they don't want to mess it up themselves. We just sit here in Kalighat and keep track of things. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other days it’s a bit quieter. It’s just a regular office setup, nothing fancy or over the top. We know the neighborhood well and most people around here know where we are if they need a hand with international shipping. We try to be straightforward about what can be done and how long it’s going to take. There are a lot of moving parts in this job, literally. We spend a lot of time on the computer or talking to people at ports. It's a lot of coordination to get it all right.
