Sayan Caterers

Sayan Caterers operates out of a busy corner at 1, Pubpara More on Prbpara Road in Belghoria. If you walk past the more, you can usually smell whatever we are cooking that day. We have big industrial stoves and huge metal pots that we use to prepare food for local events and gatherings. It is not a restaurant where you sit down to eat, but more like a busy workshop where food is the main product. We are always moving boxes and crates around the shop floor. Our address in 700056 is easy to find because we have been here for quite some time, and most people in the neighborhood know our staff by their faces. We handle everything from small family dinners to larger neighborhood functions. The floors are often a bit damp from washing the big vessels, and there are always stacks of plates waiting to be packed. We don't have a sales team or any glossy brochures to show people. Usually, someone just walks in through the door at Pubpara More and tells us what they need for their house party or wedding. We write everything down in a big ledger and start ordering the vegetables and rice. It is hard work, standing over the heat for hours, especially in the summer months, but it is what we do. We are just a group of cooks and helpers trying to get the food delivered on time to the right house in Belghoria.
