Sayan Caterer

We go by the name Sayan Caterer. Our place is at 11A/17, Christopher Road. It is near the CIT Padma Pukur. If you are taking the bus, we are also near the Pudda Pukur Bus Stand in Entally. Entally is a very busy area, as most people know. There is always something happening outside our door. We are not a corporate entity. We are just a small team working out of a kitchen. We have been at this Christopher Road address for a long time now. We do not have a fancy office with air conditioning. It is mostly just us, our pots, and the heat from the stove. We do catering for all kinds of events, mostly local ones. Sometimes we have to deal with the crowds at the bus stand when we are trying to load our vans. It can be a bit frustrating but we make it work. We don't have a polished way of speaking or any marketing tricks. We just tell people what we can cook and how much it will cost. It is a very direct way of doing business. We have a lot of regular customers who live nearby. They know we are just regular people. We work long hours, especially on weekends when there are many parties. We just stay focused on our work here in Entally and try to keep things simple.
