Saurav Caterer is based in Kharda. Specifically, we are in Adarshapally. If you are looking for us, we are near the Kharda Police Station. Most people in Kharda know where the station is, so we just tell them to head that way. We are just a local group of people who enjoy cooking for others. Our setup is very simple. We don't have a big staff or any fancy equipment. It is just a few of us and some big burners. We have been doing this in Adarshapally for many years now. The neighborhood is quiet compared to the city, but we stay busy. We don't spend money on advertising or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people telling their friends about us. We do weddings and small gatherings. Sometimes the weather is bad and it makes the outdoor cooking difficult, but we find a way to manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest caterer in West Bengal. We just want to do a good job for the people around here. We work hard and sometimes our clothes are stained with turmeric or oil. That is just part of the job. Being near the police station makes it easy to give directions. We are just a plain, local business trying to make sure the food is ready on time. No big promises, just honest work at our place in Kharda.
