Sathi Caterer

Sathi Caterer is our small business located at 49, Masjidbari Lane. This is in the Tiljala area. It is a busy place with a lot of narrow lanes and people everywhere. We have been cooking here for quite a while now. We don't have a big office or a showroom. It is mostly just our kitchen where all the work happens. You can usually smell what we are cooking if you walk down the lane. We do food for all sorts of local events. Sometimes it is a wedding and other times it is just a small prayer meeting at someone's house. We do not use any fancy machines. Most of the work is done by hand. We are not a corporate company with big rules. We just show up and cook. Sometimes we run a bit behind because the traffic in Tiljala can be really bad. But we always get the food there. Our staff is just a few local guys who know their way around a big pot of rice. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write nice things about us. This is just us. We stay at 49 Masjidbari Lane and wait for the next order. It is hard work and the kitchen gets very hot in the summer. We just keep our heads down and focus on the food. It is a simple way to make a living and we are okay with that.
