You can find us on the 10th floor of the building at 224 AJC Bose Road. Being up in Suite 1001 and 1002 gives us a bit of a view, though it’s mostly just other buildings and the traffic down in Park Circus. Sarmastar Brick Realty LLP is our little operation. We handle real estate work in Kolkata. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking on site progress. The 700017 area is always moving and shaking. We’ve got a small team here. We aren't flashy or into big sales pitches. Usually, we are just sorting through documents or meeting with someone about a plot of land. Sometimes the 10th floor feels a bit high up when the wind picks up, but it’s mostly quiet compared to the street level. We’ve been working out of this space for some time now. People come and go. We deal with bricks and mortar, basically. It's practical work. We don't promise anything we can't do. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily grind. West Bengal has a lot of rules for property, so we spend a lot of time making sure things are right. It’s not always exciting, but it’s our job and we do it every day. The elevator ride takes a minute, but once you’re up here, it’s a good place to work. We have a few desks and a small area for guests to sit. It's a simple life. We just try to be helpful and honest about the properties.
