Our office for Axiom Estates Advisory Services is located in Poddar Park. We are in the government quarters in Block 4, specifically ground floor G-2. Kolkata 700045 is our home base. We are not one of those huge firms with hundred employees. We are a small group and we like it that way. It keeps things manageable and honest. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it’s fairly quiet compared to the main city streets. When we aren't working on property advice, we are just regular folks. I like listening to music and surfing the net to see what’s going on. Some of us enjoy traveling whenever we can get away. We don't have a glossy office with leather chairs. It’s just a functional space where we talk to people. We know the Kolkata real estate market because we live here. We don't try to sound like experts with big fancy words. We just give our honest opinion based on what we see. Sometimes the work is slow and we just spend time on our hobbies. We don't have a mission statement or a corporate philosophy. We just try to be helpful to people who come to us for advice. It’s a simple life in South Kolkata. We do our work, enjoy our music, and take it one day at a time. That’s how we like to do things.
