We are set up at 155, Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Road in Kolkata. If you know the city, you know this road is always moving. There are trams, buses, and people everywhere. Our office for Bga Realtors is right in the middle of all that energy. It’s a practical space where we manage property details and talk to folks about their housing needs. We don't have those glossy posters you see in some big agencies. Our walls have maps and calendars instead. We’ve been here long enough to see buildings go up and old ones get torn down. Most of us grew up in South Kolkata, so we know the lanes and the markets like the back of our hands. Working in real estate here means being honest with people about what’s available. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe a flat. We just tell you the size, the price, and if the plumbing is okay. It’s a busy life, and our phones are usually ringing off the hook. We try to be helpful without being pushy. That’s just not our style. We like the grit and the reality of this city. We just show up every morning, open the shutters, and see who needs help with their next move. It isn't a glamorous job, but we like the people we meet and the stories we hear every single day on SP Mukherjee Road. That is us in a nutshell.
